It’s hard to believe that Christmas is right around the corner. Are you done shopping yet? Only one more day left.
As I was at the store the other day watching a very overstressed mom push and shove her way to the front of the line, I couldn’t help but think of the song Joy to The World. I thought it was fitting.
The lady in the store was not bringing anything close to joy to the department store world she was in. In fact, judging by the faces of those she came in contact with, joy was the furthest thing from their mind.
But even though Christmas is drawing near and stress levels all around you are hitting an all-time high, you can continue to live a joyful life. How? Keep pursuing fitness!
Eating properly, getting enough rest and exercising on a daily basis helps us keep our emotions on track. Yes it will help us burn unwanted calories and fat, but greater than that because of our hard work in the gym we’ll be able to bring joy to those in the world.
If you are feeling a little extra stressed or agitated today, find some time to get in some exercise. You’ll be glad you did (and so will everyone else)!
