The best exercise you’re not doing

This is a weekly series on exercise that will give you the biggest bang for your exercise buck in and out of the gym. Today’s exercise is band pull a parts.
You should do this because– Our shoulders are a mobile joint because of  it’s shallow ball and socket . This doesn’t provide a lot of support. That’s why they need strength, especially upper back strength. Band pull a parts are a simple exercise to achieve this.
Makes your everyday life easier because– Pain free and mobile shoulders allow you to lift, reach, throw balls to your dog and be awesome.
Form tip – This is a movement that great for higher reps to help achieve upper back strength and endurance. Try for 100 reps a day for better shoulder heath. Thank you to Dr. John Rusin for the exercise video.
